Our client is one of the largest integrated property services businesses in the UK. Since the company began in 1989, their vision has been to transform the way in which property is sold in the UK and overseas. They are now looking to recruit an Estate Agent to join their team.

As an Estate Agent you’ll join a team of ‘online virtual estate agents’ who are responsible for driving forward a brand new business model for our client’s group of companies. Your role will involve working to deadlines and will require your desire to deliver customer service levels beyond expectations. For the right person, your hard work and effort will be rewarded with a prosperous career path and a competitive salary.

In this position you will be responsible for bringing property of all types to the market and matching qualified buyers to properties in your catalogue. You will also drive business revenues by cross selling a number of ‘mover related products’, and you will help to continue the success of this new brand. This position is both a telephone based and web/online based role.

To succeed as an Estate Agent you must be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of estate agency, a proven track record in valuing property, and a good understanding of needs-based selling. You will also need to be PC literate, and have the ability to work as part of a team and under pressure.
