ROLE:
Develop and nurture channel business opportunities with our client's Business Partners. You will be selling and supporting IT hardware and software business solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Promoting a full range of products to business partner clients and ensure that these clients are given the support required to promote products.
b) Develop solutions to help increase revenue and optimise opportunities with the Business Partners. Solicit feedback from Business Partners and take appropriate action necessary to rectify any issues of concern, escalating as appropriate.
c) Provide telephone and on-site support to Business Partners.
d) Assist the Business Partner to achieve a high level of pre-sale support for a range of network products.
e) Achieve/exceed monthly team business, financial targets and KPIs.
f) Forge meaningful and effective relationships with all areas of the business - Marketing, Technical, Service and Systems support.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) New business sales experience (B2B, B2C, telesales, telemarketing, field sales etc).
b) Creative and innovative in generating business solutions along with the confidence to present to business customers.
c) Drive and determination to succeed in a fast paced sales environment.
d) A good general knowledge of IT - Powerpoint and Excel are essential.
e) Full driving license and flexibility for travelling/nights away.
