Position: Customer Relations Executive - Letter Writer
Location: Bradford
Salary: £13,500, rising to £14k after successful completion of 6 months training

ROLE:
To use the Customer Recovery process as an opportunity to turn a dissatisfied customer into a satisfied and loyal customer. Also, to provide information to other business areas to improve the overall quality of our product and services, and thereby contribute in a significant way towards our promise to be "trusted to deliver what really matters ".
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) Great Teamwork ethos.
b) Good communication skills, with ability to adapt style to suit customer needs.
c) Analytical approach to data to help reach a settlement on a complaint.
d) Constructive approach to giving feedback to internal colleagues, to ensure reports are provided in a timely manner.
e) Excellent written communication skills.
f) Flexible with regard to working hours.
g) Ability to work in a pressurised environment.
h) Willingness to embrace change.
i) Confidence in dealing with people at all levels.
j) Excellent organisational skills - planning and prioritising workload.
k) Ability to work accurately unsupervised and use initiative.
l) Good use of word, excel and outlook packages and proven track record in use of multiple databases.
m) Accurate typing skills.
n) Experience in a Customer Service type environment, with written interaction with customers.
o) Good track record of complaint handling skills.
p) Willing to travel occasionally to meet training needs of the role.

b) Travel & Tourism qualifications.
c) Word processing
