As a result of our continuing success and growth we are seeking focused and determined Field Sales Professionals to work within our Corporate Sales Division. This is a solutions based sales role handling both New Business Development and Account Management. You will be dealing with some of the largest and most prestigious corporates within in the UK. Each roles come complete with car / car allowance, full home office set up and encompasses either of the following territories; Northwest, Northeast, Southeast, Southwest

The Role:

  • Increase the number and revenue generated from corporate employers for the territory within which you are assigned.
  • Offer frequent professional support and advice to our current corporate client base to maintain and continuously improve our high renewal rates and build on client relationships.
  • Maintain awareness of relevant developments both in the recruitment industry and vertical industries within which we operate.

These vacancies are for a new and exciting division. Field Sales Professionals within our sister company; Jobsite have come to expect outstanding results and are rewarded for excellence in performance, with uncapped and generous remuneration packages. We are offering a basic salary of £26 -31k rises to a potential OTE of £45k.

Skills and Attributes:

The ideal candidates will be working in a similar role at present and will be able to display excellent organisational and time-management skills. They will recognise and can demonstrate how they have benefited from sales training in an environment that places emphasis on sales excellence. The sector or industry in which they have achieved this excellence is not crucial, what is, is that they have made their mark.

The Person:

  • Proven experience within a target driven client-facing B2B sales role.
  • Experienced in arranging and conducting effective client meetings
  • Will recognise and can demonstrate the benefits of formal sales training.
  • Will have worked in an environment that places emphasis on sales excellence (not necessarily in the recruitment industry / service sector).
  • Will be commercially astute and competitive.
  • Will be able to demonstrate clarity in communication which will reflect in the way they can influence and command respect amongst senior decision makers.
  • The successful candidate is likely to thrive in a lively professional environment where all of the support an Account Manager may need is provided by the best-supported team in the industry.
  • Strong work ethic, sales activity rate and polished presentation skills.
